The Advanced Training uses the 9 chapters of the upcoming The Art of Convening book as the foundation to look more deeply into the personal and collective nature of what it means to convene, your commitment to the craft and art, and to what and whom you are in service in life and work. Now you will be called upon to engage both in the course and the world in which you work as that realized and practiced Convener.

WHO IS THE AoC ADVANCED TRAINING FOR?
The Advanced is open to ten people who have completed the AoC Core TeleTraining. The Advanced is for those who want to deepen their AoC skills and methods, further build their "circle of trust*" and bring the AoC learning into their hearts as well as their minds. Come prepared to engage, learn and contribute at a dynamic level.

- Two Coaching Councils, 8:00-9:30am CT

OUTCOMES
You will embody your calling and knowing as a Convener. What it means in your heart for you to call and gather people in service to them, and to the whole.
You will commit yourself to the practice, learning and engagement of convening, in service to creating a new story of transformation in our lives, organizations and communities.
You will claim your “authority” as a Convener sharing your learnings with others. To step into your strength and knowingness as a Convener, sharing your gifts as a teacher and guide with others so they may learn from your experiences, inspiration and discovery.
You will be prepared as a teacher and guide of the AoC practices and methodologies.
You will be certified to deliver the AOC Core TeleTraining following a mentoring internship program, to be determined, co-created with Craig.

FORMAT
The TeleTraining sessions combine guided teaching based on session themes and collaborative learning. The format is based on Heartland’s work with former Art of Convening Advanced Series, The Art of Convening Core TeleTraining (320 Graduates), Thought Leader Gatherings (165 sessions, 1600 participants) and various convening designs utilizing ancient forms as well as modern systems for group effectiveness.

All sessions are a blend of group interaction in and between sessions with experiential exercises and individual reading, journaling and reflection. Expect to bring your case studies & life stories to share.
