About Convening and the Training
 The TeleTraining is a unique learning environment that combines the cutting-edge Maestro conference technology, skilled facilitation, and AoC methodologies to maximize content delivery and interactivity.
How is convening different from facilitation?
Convening is different from facilitation. By definition, facilitation is "the process of making things easy or easier." Convening is a leadership capacity that sets conditions for participants to co-create the best possible outcome through authentic engagement.
