The Twin Cities and Bay Area Thought Leader Gathering have met on alternating months since 1998 serving 2200 leaders from over 1200 organizations in both California and Minnesota. December 2011 marked TLG #181.

Each Thought Leader Gathering is designed to support new leaders and organizations in the conversation of possibility and vision, creating a world that works for all.
