Why join the Thought Leader Gathering Community?

Thought Leader Gathering Sessions: The Practicum. Guaranteed seat at up to 12  bi-monthly, 4-hour leadership sessions of reflective leadership education. Includes continental breakfast and membership materials. If unable to attend, seats may be gifted to organization employees or colleagues.

Reciprocal Membership: May attend both Minnesota (6 sessions) or Bay Area (6 sessions) TLGs.

Guests: Two free guests per year + discounts for guests at each TLG.

Leader Circle Sessions or Dinners: Meet at least 6 times a year in each city to deepen relationships with members, company peers and Conversation Starters.
